Time passes much more quickly in Rohandor and many long and happy years have gone by since the characters retired to enjoy their respective 'happily ever afters,' their greatest foes were imprisoned in the Forever Stone, bound in an eternal sleep. Until Now.
Happily Ever Afters takes place in Rohandor, a mystical realm on another plane of existence from our own. Here our favorite Disney heroes and villains live in a world all their own; Alive, but far from well. Heroes and heroines fight to keep peace while newly freed villains seek their revenge. Come join us in an epic adventure as the characters you love clash in a struggle that will determine the fate of Rohandor!

4/24/21: We've been on hiatus for a number of years now. I don't know that I'm entirely ready to return BUT I have been cleaning up the site and working to update everything since a number of movies have released. There is still A LOT of work to do but if you see this update and were an active member of the site prior to the hiatus, please send the Yen Sid account a DM to let me know you're still interested in playing and if you wish to retain your current roster. I hope you've all been doing well and staying safe!

Belle had only just returned to the castle. She tried to banish the little, fretful voice that wondered if it looked more pale outside since she'd left, or was more unseasonably misty. Things wouldn't be building that fast. Belle had been plagued with nightmarish visions since the fracturing of the Forever Stone, and finally was driven to quietly visit her friend, Princess Aurora, on the Isle of the Crown, to confide in her. That meeting - however brief - had done much for Belle. Though Aurora's council had assured her that the visions were worth heeding, and that dark times were nigh, it also revitalized Belle in the process. Sparked her legendary stubbornness and drive.
Cogsworth was a ball of nerves when Belle strode into the keep and cast off her spelled cloak that had helped her to move through the kingdoms without incident. He tried to corner her, to scorn the woman, but Lumiere (who was only made aware that Belle had been missing in that very moment) brought to Cogsworth's attention that, since Prince Adam was still out and about in the kingdom, looking into the rumors of strange wolves descending on the unwary, there was nothing to get cross about. Belle left the two to argue - which they were still so very talented at - and fled to the library, where she could really think.
Adam was still out, which meant she couldn't tell him what she'd discovered. Belle wished he were there. She was tired of carrying this burden of thought alone. He'd be able to soothe her nerves just by being in the same room. Belle forced herself off of that subject when she closed the library doors behind her. At least she could make herself useful until Adam returned to the palace with his soldiers. The brunette drifted to a secluded nook of the library, where a number of work tables were full to bursting with organized chaos.
Belle's fingers moved subconsciously during her approach, reaching out to shelves she passed to snatch particular tomes from their place. Finally, with The Will of a Ward: Mastering the Art of Magick Shields, Arcane Defenses Throughout History: How Mystical Measures Shaped Legacies and Cornerstone - a book on using concrete elements to anchor vast, layered and powerful enchantments - in tow, she stopped at her workplace and sank tiredly into a chair. Belle arranged the three books before her (the first triad of many, she knew) and placed her head in her hands.
Who knew how long the princess would have stayed that way, if a smooth black stone at her elbow didn't flare with brief luminescence, like a lighthouse revolving its beacon once over it. Belle blinked. That had been one of her earlier attempts at enchanting. The stone was supposed to tell Belle when someone was entering the library, so she wouldn't be caught off-guard by a sudden appearance. The beauty sat a little straighter and looked at the stone as it turned mundane again. Her mind was so heavy in thought that Belle appeared not to be putting the scenario together. Indeed, she probably wouldn't until the individual who'd entered the library approached her outright.
