Powers, Skills, and/or Any Other Abilities:
Cunning and Conniving: Of the three mischief makers - Lock, Shock and Barrel - Shock is the most cunning and conniving (and in her own mind, the smartest.) While the two boys often argue about their calamitous plots which lack any sense of subtlety, Shock acts as the 'voice of reason' between the pair, and her underhanded and sneaky plans are the ones most commonly adopted. This is, in part, due to her cunning nature - she is very good at getting people to believe what she tells them is true. She is a quick thinker, and is often able to find her way out of trouble (generally by putting other people in it.) A natural problem solver, her mischievous nature tends to have her successes come off the back of other's predicaments. Many are thus wary of her – though a sweet smile and feigned innocence tends to absolve her all too quickly of the trouble caused.

Trickster: All of 'Oogie's Boys' – a title Shock wears with pride, despite being a girl – are incredible tricksters. They are masters of the slapstick prank, and are more than capable of rigging complex traps for those on the receiving end of their mischief.

Halloween Arsenal: Living in Halloween Town seems to have provided Lock, Shock and Barrel with a near infinite amount of weaponry, gadgets and creepy creatures. Indeed, whatever is needed to make their tricks and traps work, they seem to be able to get their hands on. Much of is it stored in a rickety old house outside Halloween Town, though Shock is also resourceful enough to add to their arsenal at seemingly a moment's notice.

Resilient: Being a Halloween Town resident, Shock seems to be incredibly resilient. She is often stung by undead insects, dropped from great heights, scalded by boiling potions, and embroiled in fights with her fellows. Thus far, nothing seems to have had lasting effect, and she is quick to recover from any injuries she may suffer.

Squad Goals: Despite her love of causing mischief for 'big scaries' like Oogie Boogie, Shock's true loyalties always lie with her two best friends - Lock and Barrel. While she often seems annoyed by their antics, she is rarely far from their side, and enjoys their company (even if it is simply to boss them about.)


Backstory:
Before the events of 'Nightmare Before Christmas', Shock enjoyed making mischief for the residents of Halloween Town.. Almost always joined by her friends Lock and Barrel, the trio became known as 'Oogie's Boys' (due to their occasional working with Oogie Boogie to stay off his 'Boogie List') and were infamous for their extreme tricks and pranks. That said, they were often involved in Halloween Celebrations, which Shock enjoyed thoroughly.

Canon History:
Upon Jack Skellington's return from Christmas Land, he hired Halloween Town's finest Trick or Treaters (Oogie's Boys) to kidnap Santa Claus, in turn allowing Jack to take his place for the upcoming Holiday season, giving 'Sandy' a much needed rest. Promising Jack - with crossed fingers - that they would leave Oogie (their usual master) out of their proceedings, the trio returned to their hideout to plan the capture of 'the Big Red Lobster Man.' Numerous ideas were banded about, until Shock finally suggested they knock upon his door, and throw a sack over him - an idea approved by her two friends. Indeed, she pointed out that they couldn't harm Sandy, for fear that Jack would beat them black and green.

Setting out in their enchanted bathtub, they went to put Shock's plot in motion.

It was not a flawless plan, however, as they initially captured the wrong quarry: first returning to Halloween Town with the Easter Bunny. Following a quick apology from Jack, and orders to return him to his home, Lock, Shock and Barrel were pointed toward the correct target. Eventually, they were able to secure Sandy, taking him to Jack as asked.

A brief meeting between Sandy and Jack ensued, Jack taking his hat, before the Pumpkin King asked the three children find somewhere to keep Sandy safe and comfortable while on his forced vaction. While initially unsure of where would be comfortable for the giant man, Lock suggested they take him to Oogie Boogie - to which Shock quickly and gleefully agreed, hoping to remain on Oogie's 'good side.'

Returning to their hideout, they forced the captured Santa Claus into a pipe that led to Oogie's underground lair - though it took a great deal of effort, and the use of plungers and pitchforks. From a cage, the trio watched their master's initial taunting and threatening of Sandy, and saw the entrance of Sally Ragdoll who attempted to save the old man - leading to her own capture.

It was not until Jack Skellington appeared, spotting the three and scaring them away before entering Oogie's Lair, that they stopped and ran back to Halloween Town. Having realised Jack - who they were more afraid of than even Oogie - was present (and not at all dead like reported) and knew they were involved, they summoned the Mayor of Halloween Town to aid him (though he arrived far too late to do anything.)

Having seen Oogie defeated, and noting the trio's attempted help, the residents of the town forgave their mischief and Shock enjoyed taking part in the Christmas festivities that followed Sandy's release.

Game Information:
Since Oogie's demise and the merging of the realms, Shock has taken to exploring Rohandor in search of ways to cause further mischief.

Anything Else:
Shock has a moving bathtub to use as transport, that can float as a boat, or walk on land.
